Measure - We take 20 measurements to assess your posture, using our patent-pending AlignSmart® technology.
Educate - We show you your misalignments and how they could be impacting your pain or performance.
Correct - Your measurements are used to create a customized sequence of corrective exercises/stretches for you. We walk you through each exercise/stretch and how to perform it correctly.
Empower - We provide an app to help you perform the exercises at home, where your treatments should take place. We track your progress, and give you support when needed. We measure your progress at each appointment and update your exercise routines as your body is aligned.
