Who are the Faces of Symmetry?

Symmetry is known by our community for having an outstandingly relaxed environment. We laugh a lot, joke around, and welcome everyone who walks through our door. But you can’t know Symmetry as a whole without knowing the people who bring the joyful quality into our office. Our wonderful staff are individually astounding people, and have found camaraderie and friendship together working here at Symmetry. The relationships that our staff have created with each other, and in turn with our clients, remain the most profound catalysts in the calming and welcoming environment Symmetry prides itself in.

Meet our Management

Most folks in Folsom already know the face of Symmetry for Health. Patrick Mummy is the CEO and Founder of Symmetry for Health, as well as three other associated companies, and has been the genius behind the company for 24 years. He began Symmetry down in San Diego in 1997 with his late wife Lauren. Patrick and his family moved to Placerville in 2007, and Symmetry followed him to Sacramento. Eventually, Symmetry landed in Folsom and grew into the company we know today.

Another well known figure in the Folsom community fills an important role here at Symmetry. Justin Raithel is our Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. He is the former CEO of Revolutions Naturopathic here in Folsom and Roseville, and began with Symmetry in August of 2020.

Next, all of our clients, past and current, know our wonderful Sales Manager Lee Anne Mummy. She met Patrick at their daughters’ softball game in early 2015, and has been with us ever since. Lee Anne has experience working in sales with the Yellow Pages, and was a massage therapist for ten years until just before she began with Symmetry. Lee Anne was a talented ballerina from ages three to eighteen, but developed scoliosis throughout her career. She came to Symmetry after ten years of massaging in pain, and after seeking out physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, and much more, she landed at Symmetry as Office Manager. She is also a certified Symmetry Technician and Practitioner. As Symmetry is mostly by word-of-mouth or referrals, most of our clients and associates meet Lee Anne first.

Meet our Partners

Andy Rocklin met Patrick in 2011 as a client, and is now the CFO of Symmetry for Health. Andy was born in Russia, and is an impressive entrepreneur in multiple fields. He became associated with Symmetry as a partner in 2012 by investing in a branch of Symmetry for the creation of a new software for our practitioner certification process. He has since entered into three other businesses with Patrick, and continues to be a loyal member of the Symmetry family.

Ryenne Mummy, Patrick’s eldest daughter, is an Army reservist and EMT student planning on a career as a firefighter. She has been a Symmetry partner since 2016, and continues to support Symmetry through her own endeavors.

Jaide Mummy is Patrick’s youngest daughter and full time college student. She is majoring in English and plans on a writing career. She has worked for Symmetry as Office Manager since August of 2018, until her recent transition into Symmetry Content Writer and Special Projects Coordinator. She has been a partner of Symmetry for Health since the beginning of 2021. Jaide now writes news articles for the Symmetry for Health website, manages all social media platforms, and puts together special projects for the company. Jaide is also accompanied by her emotional support dog Kida, who is the clinic therapy dog and our best friend here at Symmetry.

Meet our Practitioners

Michele Dodson is our head Practitioner here at Symmetry, and began with us in January of 2019 as a Symmetry Technician. Before Symmetry, she was a homeschool mom with a Bible and Ministry degree from Capital Bible College in Sacramento. She heard about Symmetry from a personal trainer who claimed she needed to get aligned in order to get better. She had chronic back and neck pain from scoliosis for many years, and is proud to be a part of the Symmetry family as a Symmetry Practitioner.

Holly Fasolo is our other Practitioner here at Symmetry and works alongside Michele and Patrick to help our clients achieve success. Holly was a nationally ranked gymnast but experienced a devastating injury that ended her gymnastics career. An associate of Symmetry at the time told her about the program and she began with us in January of 2019 as a Symmetry Technician. She has an Associates degree in Sports Medicine and has used her knowledge from this study to play an important role as a Symmetry Practitioner.

Meet our Technicians

Tracy Marshall began with Symmetry as a Technician in July of 2020, after hearing about us from another therapy company called Egoscue. She was a stay at home mom and yoga instructor, and through this field she felt as though people weren’t being given a broader solution to becoming pain free and healthy. Tracy is now a certified Symmetry Technician.

Izzy Chock is the first face you see here at Symmetry when you walk through our doors. Izzy began working here as a Technician in August of 2020, shortly after graduating from Westmont College with a Psychology degree and Spanish minor. She heard about Symmetry from Tracy, who was a family friend for about ten years. Izzy is now our Office Manager and certified Symmetry Technician.

Ryan Carr was working as a public school teacher and administrator for about 20 years before he discovered Symmetry. He acquired a degree in Liberal Studies, and had a Special Education teaching credential which focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as behavior disorders. Ryan heard about Symmetry while training for a rugby tournament, from a highschool friend who met Patrick through the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. Ryan was a long term sufferer of chronic pain and depression for ten years. He tried everything under the sun, from physical therapy and chiropractic treatment to MRI’s, X-rays, float spas, hyperbaric chambers, and countless other bodywork practices. Ryan began with Symmetry in August of 2020, and he is now a certified Symmetry Technician on his way to becoming a Practitioner.

Kevin Gleave, known for wearing his famous fedora everyday, began with Symmetry as a Technician in September of 2020. Kevin had been voted best massage therapist in Folsom for the last 20 years. He met Patrick through the Chamber of Commerce in 2009, and in 2012 he went through the Symmetry certification. He is now a certified Symmetry Technician.

Meet our Software Developer

Adam Frick is our Software Developer here at Symmetry, and has been with us as a Refferl partner since 2016. Referrl is a referring app that Patrick founded and Adam programmed as a platform for small businesses to allow customers to easily refer to them. As Symmetry’s Software Developer, Adam created and programmed our AlignSmart Technology, and continues to support and upgrade Symmetry’s technical platforms.

Everyone here at Symmetry plays an essential role in maintaining our welcoming and caring environment. Now that you’ve met our wonderful staff and associates, stay tuned for individual interviews and more detailed articles to help you better get to know them.
