"All I can say is WOW. I just got back from a 5-day back
country ski trip. We hiked to a hut-5 hours, 50 pound packs and 3 full days of
skiing where you are the lift. 8 to 10-hour days of very physical hiking and skiing. I
have never felt better! All of the traditional issues I’ve had each year on this
trip with my low back and right glute-non-existent! I did my routine religiously
prior to the trip and while I was there. The numbness I was having in my right leg is gone and was
gone weeks before the trip. The tightness I usually have on my right side glute was gone. I
