After years of hearing other people's success stories I finally have one of my own. In my case, the pain started deep within with the elbows and then spread to my forearms and fingers, supposedly from using the computer keyboard (repetitive strain injury), or maybe from bodybuilding, or maybe from the five aerobics classes I did each week.  It truly was a mystery.

For the next 22 years the pain stayed a mystery, as I tried more therapies, treatments and routines than I can recall, always on the sterling recommendation of someone who had found success in curing his or her own malady, which sounded similarly enough to my own. The result was my having to listen to some physical therapist/chiropractic type scratching his/her head and saying, "Gee whiz, I don't know why you're not responding to this." The worst of it was that I had to replace playing guitar and piano with the harmonica (which I was much better at anyway), then after 11 years that also came to an end.

As my RSI research database grew larger, so did the intervals between my willingness to consider new things, regardless of how logical-sounding they seemed. It seemed these therapies worked for everybody else but me.

I don't know why I went to see Patrick because the person who told me about him had the same ol' thing to say, "Oh yeah, I know this guy who fixes that kind of thing all the time," and I had heard that statement 1,000 times before.

However, after only the second session, I was able to play harmonica again and I have continued for a year now. No more monthly $40 visits to chiropractor each month just so my neck will allow me to sleep nights. No more sciatica, no more elbow and finger pain from doing next to nothing. I once again pick up heavy objects, move furniture and sleep soundly. Symmetry has truly been life changing for me. Life is good.
